"Es hat alles gestimmt in dem Hotel. Trotz deutlich verfrühter Anreise durften wir mit einem Upgrade schon unsere Zimmer beziehen, die wunderbar waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr ausgewogen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter/innen. So erstreckte es sich auch auf den Service, bei dem man bei voller Auslastung des Hotels trotzdem das Gefühl hatte, die volle Aufmerksamkeit zu haben und jeden erdenklichen Wunsch erfüllt zu bekommen.
