"This is my second visit to the hotel. The first time, I was only there for two days and always wanted to come back. The hotel is magnificent, the villas are beautifully located in the jungle. Everything is perfectly clean. The view of the mountains and the city from the hotel is stunning! It's paradise! The staff is highly qualified, very polite, and pleasant. I'd especially like to mention the spa. Absolute rest, relaxation, and pleasure! Thank you so much to the manager SPA, Lucy. I also want to highlight the professionalism and skillful hands of Irena and Deymi, who performed various treatments for me! You girls are the best! I have had the opportunity to lie down and relax so much! I will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel—it's paradise."

"The lodge is beautiful, and an impressive piece of architecture. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and food is very good. There's a pool table and game room downstairs in the lodge, which we definitely took advantage of with the weather turned against us. The grounds are gorgeous and well-maintained. Note that when you turn off the main road you drive past quite odiferous cow sheds and through a pasture...just have faith and keep driving to the lodge. The actual rooms appear to be the old bunkhouse, so they're a bit odd; the rooms are functional for the most part, but ceilings are quite low and the bathroom is sort of an elongated closet, so they have a weird feel. The walls are thin, but the other guests are quiet, so it all works out fine. WiFi is good in the rooms. No AC, but the elevation is high enough that we didn't need it. Good launching point to visit Poas Volcano early in the morning. We would stay again."

"The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was beyond amazing, and they were super accommodating to everything we needed. We're definitely coming back when we're in the La Fortuna area! They even helped us plan activities and surprised my sister for her birthday, which was so sweet! Big shout-out to Alejandro, Jimmy, Carlos, and Victor! Pura Vida !"
