"The property is amazingly beautiful surrounded by well kept interesting gardens. The breakfast is by far the best I've had in in Denmark. It had a wide variety of fresh, well thought out dishes that were prepared perfectly! The classic rooms are small... very small. We had to move furniture to fit 2 standard sized check bags to get the door closed. The shower drain was clogged, but the staff was quick to fix it."

"Staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms are decorated nicely and appear to be well maintained. The pillow menu is an excellent idea, something more hotels need to pay attention to. I will definitely be returning and very much look forward to my next stay."

"I was a little hesitant to book here based on some mixed reviews, but I’m very glad that I did. My daughter and I actually stayed here twice, for one night at the beginning of our trip before getting on our cruise to Norway and then stayed another night after we disembarked the ship and before we flew home. We stayed one night in a room not overlooking the canal which was fine, especially because we were tired after a long flight so didn’t care too much about a view. We did upgrade to a canal...
