Friendly staff and good price but reeked of smoke

Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available.

The area where the hotel is, is currently under construction. It was very difficult to access the hotel and when I tried to call them several times, nobody answered it. Staff was very friendly

Une belle nuit du samedi 11 octobre. On nous demande une caution en autorisation bancaire pas de soucis. Le rendu de cette caution devait se faire le lundi 13 octobre à midi mais aujourd'hui nous sommes le jeudi 16 octobre et ma caution n est toujours pas rendu 😡😡😡😡. Encore mieux ce vendredi nous y retournons (on avait réservé ce lundi me disant que d ici mardi max la caution serait rendu) bien sûr une caution est déjà prélever en plus de celle du dernier séjour 😂😂😂😡😡😡.

Appartement très fonctionnel. La vaisselle est très bien calculée. Literie super confortable. Très bien situé et très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Ascenseur bienvenu. Prix tout à fait correct. Une étoile supplémentaire pour l’accueil qui est exceptionnel. Plusieurs personnes se succèdent à ce poste et toutes ont la même qualité d’accueil. Manque juste la clim. J’ai découvert Montampo et j’en suis ravie

L'accueil était sympa, les chambres petites mais c'est normal pour ce prix. On a très bien dormi. Bonne literie, calme, petit déjeuner très bien. Seul petit bémol, le parking. Aucune indication de retour à l'hôtel, nous avons été obligé de traverser à pied une concession automobile. Je doute que ça leur conviennent... Je vais y revenir.

Séjour très désagréable

Mon expérience a été particulièrement décevante et marquée par une situation inacceptable. Dès ma première nuit j'ai été réveillé par des démangeaisons et piqures sur le corps, m'alertant sur la présence de punaises de lit dans ma chambre n°16. Après avoir signalé le problème à la réception , le personnel a été réactif et m'a proposé une autre chambre. Bien que cette proposition ait été apprécié, cela n'a pas suffi à compenser le désagrément causé par cette situation. Je suis déçu par l'absence de prise en charge de la part de la direction de l'hôtel. A aucun moment j'ai reçu d'excuses formelles, ni compensation pour le désagrément subis. Je m'attendais à un meilleur service client et à une gestion plus efficace de ce type de problème. Je conseille aux futurs clients d'être prudent et de vérifier la propreté de leur chambre à leur arrivée. En espérant que cette situation sera prise au sérieux pour améliorer l'accueil et le confort des futurs clients

Que en cas de besoin

Equipe agréable ils ont fait le nécessaire et plus. Petit dej pas chère mais a part le jus d'orange et les croissants+ fromage il y a rien d'autre. Le pire et là où je suis très déçu les chambres ne sont pas bien chauffées des petits radiateurs dans un petit studio je n'ai pas pu dormir du froid Les meubles sont des vieux meubles, pas de télé ( elle marche pas)
