"Overall, the general areas of the hotel were nice and well kept. The lobby restroom stood out in particular. It was large, very clean, and even the hand soap smelled great, which was surprisingly memorable. The guest room itself was clean and very spacious, with large windows that made it feel even more open. The TV was a great size with good sound. The toiletries and shower setup were pretty basic, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent, especially appreciated after a 30+ hour drive. The bed and furniture were comfortable and felt clean. Parking was ample and extremely well lit at night, which made things feel safe and convenient. Breakfast does require you to be up early since the hours are limited, so sleeping in means missing out. That said, there were plenty of options available. I was a bit disappointed with the eggs, both the scrambled and hard boiled were sitting in water, which wasn’t very appealing. Oddly enough, the orange juice was a highlight, and it was nice to see both a waffle maker and a pancake maker available. Staff interaction overall was limited but pleasant. A special shout out and thank you to Faye at the front desk, Julie at the breakfast station, and the gentleman in housekeeping for their kindness and help."

"The hot tub jets were weak but the water was great. Didn’t know you needed quarters for the laundry. But it was a great stay overall. The breakfast was great, room was clean, beds were comfy, TV worked great."

"The room was clean and the staff were great. Just an FYI - the walls were thin and you could hear traffic out on the freeway each night. It was pretty loud and definitely disturbed my sleep. "

"Very very noisy at night. 40 elementary school kids running around in the hallway around midnight!!!!!No one stopped them!!!!!The teachers and hotel staff all fell deep sleep I guess!!!!"

"Breakfast was great. There were different options everyday. Staff was phenomenal. Underground parking. Safe environment. Lots of good food options near by "

"The hotel was nice and the room spacious. The room has a mini fridge and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful. A couple of things that I found odd that you could walk out of the casino with a beer but could not walk back in with it. Also that you could only access your floor with your room card. I had friends on another floor but we couldn't meet at each other's rooms. It wasn't a huge deal, but just a little odd. The ice maker on my floor was being repaired and I was unable to get ice. Again, not a big deal, but just a little inconvenient. The casino staff was friendly and beer and food prices were reasonable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"There is construction in progress on the property that i was not made aware of. However, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff was first rate. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee, water, and tea available anytime. Very quiet. Only complaint, TV service was aweful."
