"Serendipity is a good quality and affordable room rental within walking distance of the train station. It’s clean, modern and comfortable with all the amenities you expect. Serendipity has a well-equipped breakfast room with coffee, hot water, tea and dishes. Breakfast is not provided but there are excellent pastries nearby. Alessandra is the perfect host; very helpful and friendly. "

"Our room was simple, but spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. It's an older property that has clearly been updated a time or two, but their next major update should be to move onto electronic key cards. They still use the older metal keys on a large heavy fob that needs to be left at reception upon going out. Convenient central location close to Central and Garibaldi stations. And decent enough that we'd stay again."

"I enjoyed the short stay. Comfortable and clean room, good shower and heat and AC and a smart TV. I was able to walk with my suitcase to the train station. The neighborhood near the station is a bit gritty - so just take the usual precautions. There’s a bit of street noise during the day, but it quiets down at night. Naples is generally safe if you mind your surroundings."

"Excellent location. Close to the Central Train station and Metro. Was surprised that the room was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed daily! Was quite except when the local foot ball team wan a game, then there were fireworks! Usually not too late. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Recommend."

"Das Zimmer war auf jeden Fall sehr sauber und die Lage direkt an der Bahnstation ist perfekt. Die Gegend kann abends etwas ungewohnt wirken, was jedoch in Neapel nicht untypisch ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt."

"We had a very friendly welcome on arrival. . Unfortunately we had to leave a few hours after we had checked in, due to lack of action regarding our broken toilet and the bed linen and towels were dirty, with dubious stains on the throws in the room. We have booked many inner city hotels through Expedia and this one was sadly below our expectations. "

"We booked this accommodation as we wanted to be close to the train and bus station. Check in was ok, but we were initially met by a man who just told us to wait in the courtyard. Turns out the man was a security gaurd. It would have been better to have been told this is who would meet us.
The "owner" was pleasant as he explained everything about the room and how to gain entry out of hours etc. The street noise is very loud, but didn't particularly bother us, A.C. unit was good and the noise...
