"At check-in, the young lady behind the desk was in the throes of a terrible cold - blowing her nose, sneezing.. Ugh.. I had to back off. Luckily, there was hand sanitizer available after signing the paperwork and handling my room key. I saw her a few minutes later after retrieving my bags from the car. She was wearing a mask then. "The hotel is conveniently close to stores and eateries but located in a quiet area. The lobby and rooms were very clean with no funny smells like some hotels. The bathroom was also very clean and roomy. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The indoor heated pool was a little small, but very clean. It was 15 degrees outside, so we had the pool to ourselves. They have a free Breakfast included with the stay. They offer, eggs sausage, breakfast sandwich, cereal, hot oatmeal, muffins, pastries, juices,...

"Great customer service from all the staff. Very quiet and was not disturbed. Check in and out was easy. The breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was awesome. The room was clean. I did have a humming noise that came from the refrigerator but it wasn't that bad but needs to be fixed. Overall it was great for my business stay. "

"The room was well appointed and clean. The common areas were kept clean and were very modern/updated. The breakfast, with the on-staff chefs (to prepare fresh egg dishes, french toast and, I assume, pancakes) was the best hotel/inclusive breakfast I can remember in the US; and I am well-traveled. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and responsive. "

"I love this place! First time staying and it's perfect for a little tucked in get away with your love. Staff was friendly and wonderful, the facilities clean and lovely. They don't have an elevator, so if you can't do stairs, make note in your reservation. Bed so very comfortable. They have a full bar that I did not get a chance to sample - but I will be back and will do in a future stay."
