The hotel was fine, a.nice location on the beach. Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could.only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach. Wine was acidic. The changing room in the spa was not clean, a broken shower and dirty toilet. Staff mainly professional but not overly friendly. Ok for.a coiple of nights.

Mother-daughter spa time.

They were working on the hotel and during breakfast we were listening to machines chip up tiles which was not very relaxing to say the least. The spa services were nice and reasonably priced. It was a beautiful location and over all a pleasant stay.

Tolles Hotel mit furchtbarem Service.

Von Putzkräften, die das Zimmer mehrfach betreten, trotz "Do not Disturb" an der Tür, über eine Kantinenchefin die einen anschreit "Go away! Go away! You don't have all inclusive!" wenn man ein heißes Wasser für Tee holen will weil jemand krank ist, bis hin zu nicht isolierten Zimmern und sehr lauten Jugendlichen auf der Etage (dafür kann das Hotel erstmal wenig), aber auf sämtliche Bitten und Beschwerden dahingehend, dass man gerne ein anderes Zimmer oder irgendeinen Ausgleich für den somit fehlenden Schlaf hätte, wurde mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden reagiert ("Sorry, I don't know anything about this", "Sorry, the manager is not in the house today"). Dass das Essen im besten(!) Falle mittelprächtig ist (Discounter "Schokocreme" anstatt Nutella in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, Speisen die mitunter so schmecken, als hätte man die Gewürze vergessen) hilft auch nicht. Klar, Lage und Aussicht sind gut und das Hotel ist schön, die Betten bequem, aber das alles gleicht leider nicht Personal aus.

Ruhige Tage in Varna

Da mein Aufenthalt im Dezember war und sich nur wenige Leute im Hotel befunden hatten gab es während meines Aufenthalts nur 2x Frühstücks Buffet ansonsten kam ein Teller mit nicht ausgesuchten Füllmittel. Vorwiegend Schweine Material was ich nicht esse, Rühr oder Spiegelei wurde auch nicht angeboten. Insofern an dieser Stelle ein Mangelhaft für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Rezeption und Lobby Bar wurden von sehr nettem freundlichen Personal betreut, an dieser Stelle Daumen hoch. Zimmer und Bad okay aber nichts besonderes. Kostenloser Internet Zugang nur in der Lobby und im Restaurant.

Hübsches Hotel, direkt am Strand, kinderfreundlich und mit All-Inclusive Angebit. Soweit, sogut. Aber nach den ersten Tagen mit starkem Juckreiz aufgewacht und da sieht man die Ursache - VON WANZEN ZERSTOCHEN!!! Die Viecher waren überall in der Matratze und in den Bettdecken ... Haben sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet und es wurde mit ZWEIFEL angehört. Unter Protest und Androhung sofortiger Abreise wurde das Zimmer gewechselt, schlechter als das Ursprüngliche, aber für die restlichen ein Paar Tage wanzenfrei ... Was soll man da noch sagen - nie wieder zurück! #

Classico hotel “voglio ma non posso”...

Check in con personale scortese. Internet in stanza a pagamento. Frigo bar vuoto ma acceso e rumoroso. Colazione di scarsissima qualità e povera. Il personale non saluta se non costretto. L’unica cosa positiva è il panorama della stanza che affaccia sul mare.

Erholsame ruhige Zeit ohne W-LAN im Zimmer

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel. Internet auf dem Zimmer müsste man täglich für 24 Stunden kostenpflichtig aktivieren ansonsten kostenlos im Restaurant und in der Lobby. Es war auch mal schön seine Ruhe zu haben. Schöne Zeit mit dem lustigen Bar Kellner.

All inclusive Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlichen und bemüht. Die Essenauswahl allerdings relativ einseitig. Nachschub an den Getränkeautomaten teilweise langsam. Parksituation um das Hotel aufgrund von sehr wenigen Parkplätzen relativ chaotisch Strand war sauber und mit ausreichend Liegestühlen bestückt.

We had a wonderful time and very satisfied with our room. The breakfast was good. Only one complaint. We had ask the desk for a taxis to take us to the airport which was there on time. My problem was that we took the cab from the airport and the fare was 17.65 to the hotel. On the way back the fare was 40.52 which was more than double the charge. There was not a lot of cars to slow us down. I spoke with the desk at the air port and again ask about the fair to the resort and was quoted a fair of 13 to 15 of there money. And was told to call a cab myself and not have the hotel call I asked had anyone else every inquired and was told yes.. I would and will be going back we had a great time there other than that.

We booked the Azalia hotel &SPA for our anniversary and we were not disappointed at all. It was conducive and excellent location. We were treated well guess fitted well with Bulgarian Community, language barrier here there but who cares. Great experience all round. In fact will definitely visit again with our daughter as it was children friendly place. Amazed at the children activities offered.

Mauvais choix

À l'entrée de l'hôtel, on a l'impréssion d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Mais le parking de l'hôtel est éloigné (mais ils assurent un transport jusqu'à là bas). L'attente pour l'ascenseur est trop longue puisqu'il y en a qu'un pour l'hôtel entier qui est évidemment insuffisant. La chambre était propre avec une belle vue sur la mer, spacieuse, par contre le wi-fi est payant. Notre note pour la qualité et la diversité des plats est 0, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles est inacceptable! Le personnel ramasse avant qu'on ait fini. L'animation était pauvre. La propreté dans l'hôtel en général était satisfaisante. Un problème de plus pour nous était le prix payé sur place car on avait fixé un prix plus bas au téléphone. Nous trouvons qu'on a fait une erreur sur le choix de l'hôtel car nous ne sommes pas satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Снова хочу в " Азалию"!

Прекрасно отдохнула в отеле! Понравилось все- отзывчивый персонал, расположение отеля на берегу моря с песчаным пляжем, чистота отеля, разнообразная и качественная еда в ресторане,грязелечение в СПА и отсутствие языкового барьера.Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля за прекрасный отдых, с удовольствием приеду в следующем году.

Hotel was a last minute find that was beyond expectation. Staff were incredibly kind and had various activities planned out for guests. Food was good and beds were stiff, but besides that, the experience was fantastic!

в целом отель не плохой. в одном был минус это отсутствие кондиционеров в номерах и ресторане. но при анкетировании гостей эту проблему решили. один большой плюс этого отеля его близость к морю и пляж. подушки в номерах неудобные. персонал отеля хороший за исключением некоторых сотрудников на ресепшен. питание отличное. аниматоры слабые. вид с номера на море просто супер. зонты на пляже не совсем новые и чистые. столиков на пляже совсем мало!!!

Strandnähe und SPA-Bereich einzige Pluspunkte!

Strandlage und SPA-Bereich sind schön (wobei ALLES - selbst die Nutzung des Indoorpools - extra kostet, als allgemein kostenfrei angebotenes WLAN kostet (außer in einem Bereich der Lobby) 6,- BGN ... pro Tag!!! Zimmerausstattung sehr spartanisch, Bettzeug braunfleckig und schmutzig, Dusche komplett undicht somit Flutung des Bades inkl. Teppichboden des Zimmers, täglich wandernde Käfer im Bad, Frühstücksbüffet gibt es wohl nur während der Saison, ansonsten wenig Auswahl - nur das Nötigste, Zimmerreinigung nur an der obersten Oberfläche. Also insgesamt selbst für bulgarische Verhältnisse KEIN 4-Sterneniveau!!!
