This gorgeous and peaceful hotel along with spa facilities seems like a paradise. The room was very clean, fresh towels and cleaning service everyday. The hotel offers a free breakfast in the buffet restaurant with a huge variety of food to choose from. The outside property and spa area was very neat and well maintained as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this paradise along the beach.

This hotel was everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We were lounging at the beach or enjoying the one of the 6 pools. Food variety was great too. No need to go out of the hotel.

One of the greatest locations in Varna

Now this hotel was simply awesome for families and also for friends to get away. I loved the option of the different swimming pools, the inside pool, the spa all the amenities the room was just to die for I didn’t make it to the beach, but it’s a great location to come Breakfast was state-of-the-art never ate so much good breakfast in my life. It was very delicious.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous and new with a REAL hairdryer! The view was exactly as advertised. Food was great. Make sure you find the lovely little monastery. Note this area is being revitalized so there are several properties still looking abandoned but that didnt spoil anything at all. Just noticed on out long walks. Cant wait to go back!

A wonderful place that allowed us a very good recharge and relax! We loved everything-beautiful designed complex, the proximity to the sea, spacious rooms, the availability of swimming pools and spa facilities! Special thanks to the managerial staff who organized a special surprise for our birthday occasion and to all receptionists who kindly assisted us every time we had some questions. We definitely will recommend this place to our friends and come again next time when we are in Bulgaria! 👌

We had been surprised by our daughter for our wedding anniversary with a stay in Aguahouse Hotel & Spa and I cannot be more than happy to leave a review for this amazing Hotel. The design is magnificent , clean, spacious, beautiful room ( standard over 40sq m ,we had deluxe one comes with a private balcony). The Spa facilities are absolutely stunning. What should I say for the Food? A variety of the best cocktails in the bar, restaurant grill, salads,, sea food and so much more. And the staff just brilliant service. Special Thank you to the two lovely Managers that were on top of everything during our stay. Definitely coming back soo. Thank you

The property is amazing. It’s a big investment, and all this big investments we have to support and to give credit. Obviously there are some small things, but important, which needs to be improved. Such as : variety of the food. And there has be more more options for babies and childrens. But especially for babies, because you cannot find food for babies. Cleanliness: And here I mean especially the better washing of glasses and crockery. These are things that can be easily improved and the property will be close to perfection.

The property is very nice, but it was our honeymoon and when we arrived, our room smelled like a sewer. Instead of changing our room immediately, the hotel insisted on having service check out our room. They did ultimately change our room, but to a lesser room without a private bathroom. The most unsettling part of the two night stay was we had no hot water either of the two mornings so we we unable to shower until the afternoon. I am a bald man and my wife is blonde, but somehow we had long black hair in our bed each evening. The hotel only made excuses for each problem and made no effort to rectify their problems. A 5 or 4 star resort this is not. Again, it is a beautiful property but the standard of service was unacceptable and wold definitely not return.

Mixed feelings..

Hotel is brand new, modern, our park view room had a side sea view (block 2), rooms supplied with Rituals cosmetics, Dolce gusto coffee machine, pods topped up daily. Bathrobe, slippers, pool towels for all guests. Towels and sheets changed daily. Free access to hotels Spa facilities with indoor and outdoor (1 heated) pools, saunas. Once a day access to next door Aquahouse Water zone, giving the view of the coastline. Food is disappointing, juices from machine, alcoholic drinks are poor quality. All inclusive (they call it All Inc Ultra Plus!!) only runs 10:30 to 23:00. Out of these hours only free is coffee/tea/soft drinks. Snack bar only has cookies and couple of sandwiches served. Games room - 1 billiards table, 1 fooseball table. Dining area gets very crowded, not much seating to accommodate all. Bar staff are nice, but the rest need to be taught how to talk to guests as most of them are so rude, esp in the dining area. Words like "sorry", "please", "thank you" are just non existent.. We had an issue with the room couple of times too (doors moved off wall, no hot water), it took hours to sort things out, without any updates and sorries given. I personally wasn't feeling as a valued customer and despite some positives there's a lot of room for improvement for both staff and hotel itself.
