Hotel Spa di Varanasi

"Serviço gentil, bom custo benefício, limpo, simples, sem cafe da manhã apesar do que diz o site."

"I appreciated all the little touches in the room, like the fresh towels and the cozy blankets"

"Staff is helpful and that’s the biggest positive about this hotel. The location while close is not really close as you have to take a rickshaw to get to temple and ghats are far. The location is near a Urinal and smells really bad. The biggest issue I faced on day 1 was unclean bathrooms and unchanged bedding. They changed my room since the toilet leaked. So the staff is prompt and that’s good. But there is an issue with the toilets, water pressure and cleanliness of toilets. Rest the staff is...

"The property lives up to its promise. What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off. Big shout out to Kaif who helped coordinate it all within minutes of booking. Great experience overall and a no brainer if you're looking to book a hotel in the city."

"Everything was simple, clean, and comfortable. Just what I wanted for a short trip. The people working here were so friendly"

"Beds were soft and the room was quite good for a night’s sleep staff were nice"

"It was close to the main area which made travel easy the room was maintained and had everything we needed "

"Hotel.com First of all please remove from 3 star category. Its not even worth 1 star hotel . need lots of improvement, rooms are stinking. Slowest Wi FI connection, better not to offer ruining image of India, as many foreign tourist are opt for this hotel. "

"Rooms are not properly maintained."

"The room size was not adequate. Equipments in the washroom, were not functioning well. Staff was lazy and needed to reminded multiple times about something. "

"Not worth it... poor service"

"This guy cancelled my booking and asked for more then double the amount on call at tye very last moment."

"They didn't provide us the mattress and the room was so filthy. They even didn't refund my money. Such a fraud company "

"Only one dirty towel was supplied. We had to ask for another one (which was also old). Stains on the sheet. The floor was dirty. The shower didn't work. Water was gushing out of the tap controller, and no water could get up to the shower head. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and the food was not good. Reception staff kept hanging around even after we gave a tip. In the end we had to close the door on them"
