"Just an amazing staff very honest left money in my laundry they returned it they take suck good care of their customers it's unbelievable. It's a place I never want to leave and the staff made it that way. Also the mountain view is unbelievable. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place and I highly recommend it. For English speakers they speak great English and are just great people. Please if you're in this town come to this place you will never regret it "

"Domon hotel is an older hotel, & could do with some tlc, but because of the warm welcoming & helpful young man on front desk this was easy to overlook. He was eager to please & on arrival asked us if we wanted a larger room as hotel was going through a quiet time. He also greeted us every day & asked if we needed anything. "This is a nice resort although could do with some improvements considering it is quite a costly hotel compared to others in Vang Vieng... nothing bad but little details ... like better choice of pillows (very bulky so good to provide and flat ones too), more prompt action when water suddenly did not work at all, more options for breakfast, bicycles should be free for guests given the distance from town centre ... the resort is nice and room spacious and clean but the above suggestions would be...
