Room was great and view from balcony was superb! Housekeeping came by couple times and refreshed towels and made the bed. No breakfast bar and I did not utilize the coffee area. Staff was great and always friendly.

Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Hotel Eastlund, BW Premier Collection
Decent room, comfy bed and nice sheets. Water pressure in shower could have been better. The only real negative is the location — the train is pretty loud at all hours as are the transients that hang out outside the hotel.
