"High end hotel in excellent location for cruise ship access. Walking distance to Stanley Park along the harbor. Many restaurants nearby. Staff was able to get us into a room early when we returned from a cruise. Highly recommend for day before or after a cruise."

"Everything about our stay was great. Don’t expect early check in, while staff did their best to accommodate there was a ton of people requesting early check in (including myself by an hour). They will take your number and call if your room is ready early and offer the lobby while you wait. Staff was very nice. Oh and DO NOT pick anything up or move anything not just in the fridge but in the food and drink basket area above that lookalike it’s included-it’s not and they’re on sensors that automatically bill your credit card. "
