10/10 Excellent
"It was a very good room and the amenities were fine. The shuttle was the most important feature for us and it was excellent. The reataurant was good but expensive. It was not possible to walk anywhere for shopping or eating so we had to use the restaurant."

"Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the harbour. Ideal location."
The Burrard
8/10 Good
"Location was convenient and close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had all necessary amenities. Room was clean and updated. Only critique was access to parking via a back alley that was often littered with trash and had homeless people which made entering feel unsafe at times because you needed to exit your car to swipe your card to enter."
