"Second stay at Hotel Lexen. Staff is great and hotel is clean! Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Love that they have water refill stations and free coffee and juice all day. Parking is limited. Breakfast could definitely an upgrade. All microwave foods or breads. Always ran out and was waiting for more to be made. Bar says open til 1030 but they were closing up at 930 when we went down to patio. Employee was awesome and made us a drink anyway.
We will stay again I'm sure. The location is great...

"there were a few errors with my reservation (number of guests, deposit, reservation name and room) but despite these obstacles the staff quickly navigated all the discrepancies quickly and efficiently, even going so far as to inform me of the smoking area, where I could locate the password to the free Wi-Fi and offered to help me with my bags upstairs. room was quaint & cozy with extra towels as requested online. AC was dumping, hot water was pumping location was quiet and near Jersey Mike's,...

"We had steak dinner and it was terrible. The steak was tough. They don’t even give you steak knives. Couldn’t cut the steak with the regular knife they gave.
Cocktails were terrible. We ordered pina colada and a margarita. We couldn’t drink either of them. We expected more from a high end hotel. The two drinks were $56 and the steak was $104. We wasted $160."

"Overall hotel is aged, but clean. This space would be used for very short days maybe 1-2 max to sleep. Other than that I would invest in a different location w better amenities. The staff were great and kind. Overall cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, and restaurant were clean. However the rooms are so dated and questionable on their cleanliness. Thank goodness for dark carpets. Small investments in lamps, lighting, fans could help. The rooms were humid. They did have a ceiling fan that was dated...
