Staff and owner is very kind and responsive. my suite was spacious and comfortable. A great kitchen with full size fridge, and a modern clothes washing machine was great. the kitchen could do wirh more utensils, but then I didn’t ask.

The main reason I stayed here was the washing machine and it worked great. Additionally the price was really good, so keep that in mind. The staff were also very helpful. Things to be aware of. After using the washing machine there is nothing to hang your clothes on to dry. The kitchen has barely anything in it. If you want to make something, bring your own utensils. The shower pan was dirty since it doesn't drain properly. Furthermore it leaked water at the top over the shower onto the floor. However, the water was hot so that was good. The duvet on the double bed is not the right size. It is for a single bed. For one person this isn't a problem, but for two it is. This apartment could be great if they fixed these minor things. However, for the price and a night or two, the apartment is fine.

Over all , it is an appropriate place to stay.

The place is quite ok to stay with your family. The staff are very much helpful and kind. The place is located in the middle of the city. Just a couple of walking steps and you are there in the middle of the city where you do have all the various markets and the shopping center within your hand reach.

Fine. Parking can be tricky.

Fine for the money. Not much English spoken but polite on front desk. Except the lady at checkout who was discourteous.

It was so dirty. There was not any towel or soap or detergent or paper towels. There was not a microwave and enough dishes for cooking. The staff couldn't speak English and didn't use a mobile translator.

Bedsheets was all dirty and rooms stinks with cigarettes, and nobody speaks English so communication wasn’t easy with stuff. I wasn’t happy to stay there.

The reception team were great and responded to the requests we had. The gas hob in the kitchen wasn't working correctly, we managed it and chose not to move to another apartment shown to us as the one we had was bigger overall and had an oven which we wanted to use to cook meals. There was clothing in the washing machine and the room floor wasn't too clean - nothing major just lowered the overall standard of the hotel.

Notre appartement était très agréable, il y a une chambre séparée, un salon et les espaces sont grands. Au niveau meuble et ustensiles, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le logement est bien situé, il y a toutes les commodités et l'accès a tous les mini bus est a 5 minutes à pied.
