"Rooms were clean. Staff were nice- but super slow service during the day at the beach bar restaurant. The breakfast was good! Lots of variety of foods and they had a gluten free designated toaster and bread which was amazing for us. Amazing gluten free desserts and good juice variety! Grounds were well kept ! Bridge connecting two parts of the property had a nice view as well. We would recommend this resort."

"A lovely hotel Staff - were so nice and extremely helpful, taking time to speak to you and offering advice on where to go, restaurants to visitโฆ.. Food - we had a lovely breakfast every morning and catered for every taste and diets Amenities - the swimming pool was well maintained, clean with great seating areas with sun beds Room - cleaned every day and was spotless, walk in shower , balcony, coffee machine, everything you want basically"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room and grounds were immaculate and the staff in all areas could not have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area and the beach. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice and nothing was ever empty."

"The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. Itโs definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isnโt much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things youโve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!"
