"Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. "The hotel is right on the lake and don’t feel busy. Always able to get a sun lounger and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You really need a car though as there is nothing really within walking distance. "
