The property is spotlessly clean and making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the town. Best of all, everyone on the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit."

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."

Staff helped us to find our way to the Percorso Meccanizato which is a great asset to the city, so we could easily access all the sights. Our room was spacious and very elegant and the breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Such choice, beautifully presented and served with warmth and civility."
