"The check in process was smooth and very well explained in follow up emails from staff. The room itself was clean and very spacious. It included the standard essentials and then some such as dishes and utensils if you needed to prepare a meal during your stay. In the parking garage there is also a laundry facility. I would highly recommend this place if you're visiting the Hollywood/ Burbank area"

"Very clean room, great access to beach and boardwalk, staff not that attentive, security minimal. Saw a homeless man twice on the roof deck."

"Nice to have kitchen. Parking was uncertain and not an amenity, but found across the street. Convenient, clean, but not for those looking for luxury."

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."
