"When you stay at the Hand you're steeped in western history. It's a great old town with lots of shops for unique jewelry and works of art. There are no tv's, no phones in the rooms. A big plus in my opinion. And there's hiking, fishing, shopping all in a short walk from the hotel. Even a bear spotted while I was there. Go there for a relaxing stay among friendly staff."

"Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us. "

"One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager. They did provide a complimentary bottle of wine when I asked, which was appreciated....
