"The outstanding element of this stay was how helpful the owner, was - both regarding the property and general advice for things to see and do in the area. Parking was on the road but we were always able to park pretty much right outside. The room had a spa bath, which we didn't use, a small sitting area/kitchen and the bedroom as well as an attached steam bath. "We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"We had very bad experience with the owner of the apartment. We were there for about 2 hours and could not find out who is the owner of the apartment and could not get the keys. When we contact Expedia to force cancel the reservation, someone came with very bad attitude. We final didn't stay there. "
