"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"The first room we got smelled heavily of cigarettes, so we got moved. This was good, but the room was smaller which was not. But overall, I'd stay there again. It was clean and convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was excellent. Everything was really clean. The location couldn’t have been better. The only things that were even a little off was the parking situation and also they must have purchased it recently because the old name was still on a couple places like the glass doors, so after a long trip and being tired it was a little confusing. I would definitely stay there again."

"I’ve stayed in Red Roof Inns all over the country for more than 10 years. This one was called a “plus” which is usually quite nice. Not this one. My room was disgusting! When I arrived, I noticed the room had been sprayed to cover a smell. Not weed. I know what weed smells like. It was something else. The wall had dried blood specks. There were shoe imprints on the desk. The curtains were hanging off. The bathtub was old and filthy in need of scrubbing. The walls and doors were badly painted...

"I would stay here again. The only issue I had was the elevator needs work. I almost missed my Uber because the elevator took forever to arrive at the 5th floor so I had to take the stairs."

"There is more than one town of Laurel, and when we mistakenly booked at this location, we immediately called to cancel and they refused. They decided to forego customer service in favor of capturing a few dollars for services they would never render. A good little anecdote for how American culture seems increasingly trending towards the selfish and vain. Good job, Best Western. Another family of hotels we will strive to avoid. Way to ruin it for the rest of them…"

"I’m not sure a different need to be behind the gold door don’t do it. It was a raise up price so I did it. I only needed to be somewhere for five hours. I put in the room and turn around in my car in the parking lot!! They need to shut down and definitely needs to be labeled the motel !!"

"The hotel is very clean, and comfortable however I find it crazy that you have to pay $15 to park overnight while I’m literally paying for a room. And the front desk receptionist can definitely have a better attitude. I would not stay here but if you’re open to paying for parking and breakfast then it’s a nice place to stay."

"It’s an older hotel but well maintained. The hot tub wasn’t working when we stayed and the gym was so small that it was uncomfortable with more than two people. Also, the restaurant menu left a lot to be desired but the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store."
