We had an amazing stay, the property is excellent - well maintained and clean throughout. It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door. Would love to stay again and can highly recommend.

Great apartment. Fab service.

Lovely apartment. Very central. Clean and bright. Excellent tv and shower facilities. Nice beds. Kitchen good. The oven didn’t work when we arrived but it was dealt with very quickly and with great customer service….they replaced the oven with a new one very quickly and with a smile. Very very impressive. As a tourist, I know that sometimes things can break. But it’s the way that it is dealt with that matters. And the broken oven was dealt with so well I was very very happy.

The location was convenient but the amenities and the cleaning was awful. There was no warm water and everything was not what we expected.

It's ten minutes to center. My suite has two bedrooms and One bath. The problem Is the bath Is into a bedroom so Who sleeps in other room must enter in the other room and disturbing privacy of the other people

Pros: Great location. Nice staff. Has a working laundry machine. Cute little bistro table on small balcony. Cons: bathroom in bedroom of a 2 bedroom suite so cannot go to bathroom at night, locked safe so cannot use, cannot secure front door when inside!, dirty floors, black mould in shower, leaking shower through wall/enclosure, broken and rusted fixtures, missing fixtures, water coming through ceiling, peeling paint, no place to hold things in shower, AC not working in one bedroom, only 2 plates, kettle does not work, dirty / worn sofa, 1 working hair dryer not near bathroom, toilet tissue just in time (why??). Annoying: we had to go to another location to pay as they could not use my card from the booking (it worked when I got there), no salt and pepper or any other kitchen basic, no toiletries, no way to clean (no mop, no broom, no cleaning products and no service ), no water at arrival, clothes closet is up a precarious set of stairs which is not suitable for children or elderly, no handrail on stairs.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Busbahnhof sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Hotel um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Quase tudo bom, mas...

Boa estadia e o apartamento superou o expectável. Quase há água quente na casa de banho do quarto, a da cave funciona bem. A comunicação com a empresa responsável pelo aluguer não funcionou e as instruções para a entrada no apartamento só foram comunicadas cerca das 15h no próprio dia da chegada, já estava no aeroporto... Forma inqualificável de tratar clientes.
