"Wat een ongelofelijk mooi en luxe hotel, midden in de natuur. ‘S-ochtends werden we begroet door een kolibrie op ons terras en we mochten een uur privé zwemmen in de cenote bij het hotel. Ze dragen ook zorg voor ‘stingles bees’ in een speciaal programma. Het was leuk om daar meer uitleg over te krijgen. Uitstekende service, we zijn enorm verwend. In het duurdere segment maar dat was het helemaal waard, een onvergetelijke ervaring. Echt een aanrader. "

"This is the most amazing experience and stay that I have ever had in my life! The hotel is family owned small boutique establishment in the middle of the jungle. Surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, the amazing cenote and the absolutely phenomenal hospitality of the owners! The cenote is breathtaking and worth visiting! "The attention to detail at this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are truly extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and clearly thought through. Breakfast is excellent and easily among the best we’ve had, both in quality and presentation.
The courtyard doesn’t receive a great deal of direct sun, but it is still very beautiful and feels calm and refined. Staff are attentive, warm, and genuinely service-minded, which elevates the whole experience.
