10/10 Excellent

"Hotel and room were clean but no coffee and tea facilities in my room. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi and chase my hotel transfer. Breakfast and staff were good too. Special mention to Maria Jose, who was smiley and very helpful. Breakfast was varied with warm food, fruit, yoghurt and pastries."

"Starting from i line up for check in, staff greet me with a friendly smile, explaining me what the hotel provided, I feel very welcome. The room, nice and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable, AC is quiet and keep the room in a cool temperature, as you might know Spain could be hot! Even for a room like this, they offer two kind of shower?! Rain shower is always my fav! Anything else? Breakfast! The hotel breakfast is nice, many options of fruit and pastry, sure you would able to find what you like! At the end I just want to say thank you for the staffs who taking care of us and this newly open hotel, I can’t wait to return to this hotel soon in future!"

"Tram stop about 20 seconds walk. Bus stop about 1-2 minutes walk Bus takes you to the city centre. Pool open from 11am - 9pm although often open till later. No kettle in room but you can boil water on the stove Blackout blinds helps you sleep when it’s light outside"
