"Owner charged us after we paid Expedia at the time of booking. After much argument, he reluctantly agreed to credit us, however, after we checked out the following day, he reversed the credit on our credit card. Hotel was messy, dingy, cluttered with junk, not too clean and has not been renovated since the 80’s. It’s mostly a truck stop. The bed was clean and comfortable. No air conditioning in regular rooms, requiring opening windows for relief from the heat only to listen to highway...

"Property is beautiful. Location is great. You are a block away from Basilica Isidoro and all other sites are within walking distance. Front desk was great, very friendly. Bed was a little hard. Great experience though staying here!"

"This place could not be better it’s central across from cathedral you can sit at night and look at it … breakfast amazing the best bakery I’ve had in Spain . It’s a simple hotel it’s cost friendly . "The staff were very friendly and the check in process was very nice. The amenities were quite limited, but that was acceptable. My biggest complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower properly. In addition, the water did not heat up well in the morning, so the shower was more cold than hot."
