It could be better

The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available.

El hotel necesita reformas: sillas en salon rajadas tapiceria, oxido por muchas partes. Habitaciones con desperfectos madera, duchas sin silicona.Colchas llenas de pelotillas. El bufete bajo mucho calidad al incorporarse un grupo del Inserso. El Spa es incomodo para personas mayores. Se trata de un Hotel 4 estrellas que por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza no justifica esa categoría.

La habitación estaba bastante bien, limpia, con aire acondicionado...lo unico que la entrada al baño, el suelo estaba bastante hundida la tarima, un detalle que deberían de cambiar. El spa está bien, sencillo pero bien. Lo unico que creo es que no deberían de entrar niños (mucho ruido). En cuando al buffet de desayuno creo que está bien. Lo único que reservamos en el asador y desde que ns sentamos hasta que empezamos a comer una hora larga. No volvimos. Lo de las toallas de la piscina también creo que te las tendrían que dejar en la habitación, no tener que pedir una tarjeta y cambiarla en la piscina. En lineas generales el sitio es agradable. Los trabajares bien también. Un saludo

El hotel y las instalaciones están muy bien al igual que el trato del personal. Pero los sábados se llena de gente de fuera que va a comer y tienen acceso a la piscina la cual está llenísima y si buscas relax es imposible.
