The bathroom close up mirror is so good and probably the best in any hotel I’ve been to. Great light in the bathroom. The tub is great. The shower was tricky to understand just in the beginning but I figured it out. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn’t work after midnight, maybe because everyone’s on it? But a bit disappointing. "Tv has never worked when staying at this property and no one at the desk seems to care when reporting it to them. Instead one member of staff told me that the point of my stay is to sleep, when tv is listed under amenities in the price you pay to stay, she completely ignored my concern and try to convince me that I don’t need to watch tv just sleep. I didn’t even know how to respond to something so pathetic. Will not be staying here again, if your looking for a great hotel I recommend Relais...

"Went for a trip to Disneyland Paris with the family. Picked this hotel which was above average rates due to the swimming pool and eating. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We knew it was a seasonal pool, however the pool was under reburb. Kids were really disappointed. The service was rubbish. The hotel ran out of milk (room ones) and we're not re stocking until Monday when we were due to my leave. We requested a few things through room service and we're left hanging. Such a shame...

and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use). Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney. Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor! "
