"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

Cons: one bedroom had no plugs, and there were webs around the top of the sink.

"Nous avons réservé ce logement à 8 amis pour un week-end au ski et c’était une super surprise. Ce n’est pas un hôtel classique mais plutôt un petit appartement, et franchement tout était parfait.
L’accueil a été excellent : des personnes très gentilles, disponibles et à l’écoute de toutes nos questions. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et vraiment spacieux. Nous avions même plus de lits et de places que prévu, ce qui était très appréciable.
