"Lovely property with great great pool, sauna and steam room, often a shortage of towels. Think the lobby and main areas only get cleaned once a week as often look in need of a Hoover. Nicely furnished. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Rooms nice and spacious with fridge and balcony. Great location. "

"We had to check out at 7am because of the train departure. But breakfast started from 7am. I asked it's ok to prepare the breackfast for us. Hotel stuff said ok. And it was nice. Thank you."

"Loved just about everything! The staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly. The amenities were wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect for a start and end on the TMB. The room was comfortable except for no ac on some warm days. The coffee and water bar were appreciated. The spa area was also a nice addition. Would highly recommend except on hot days. We did order a fan but for the room but it helped minimally. "

"Our stay was very good, and we’d come again. Staff all very helpful. Food is good. Slightly more choice and pizza available every night would suit us better, but we still enjoyed what we ate. The rooms and general aesthetic of the hotel have a nice retro vibe. It’s quirky, fun and interesting. Big open dining, lounge, bar, reception and games area is cozy and laid-back. Enjoyed free pool table and arcade machines especially. Pool and sauna handy too. Some buses at useful times go to and from the hotel itself, otherwise 10 minute walk. Bus usually takes around 25 minutes to get into Chamonix, but it’s a nice journey. Not too much in immediate vicinity (shops, restaurants etc) but it’s quiet, relaxing and the buses made getting about easy."

"Amazing hotel, lovely 2 bed apartment with super new, high quality finish. Great breakfast, access to free drinks/cake on arrival, nice games room, free parking, garden area next to river, couldn't fault the stay!"
