"The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano."

"La posizione è da 10 e pur non avendo incontrato nessuno della reception, il locale self sulla strada è molto utile. La struttura è molto bella e curata e silenziosa però nella camera andrebbero sistemate alcune piccolezze tra cui: problema di umidità in bagno con zoccolino marcio, lavandino con tappo che si blocca e un letto con la posto della rete a doghe ha un'asse di legno che fa spostare il materasso. Mancanza di ascensore da ricordare."

"Wonderful small hotel. Staf are all fabulous with particular thanks to Lorenza, Kathlyn and Andreas. Centrally located. Post bus stop very close, so is the Surovas station. Coop next door. We had three different types of rooms. One double room was a little tight. We had a great dinner at Stuva restaurant. Breakfast buffet adequate. They picked us up from the station and also dropped us at Samedan for a small fee. Highly recommended."
