A secure internet option for our condo would have been nice. Very hot in the loft. Did not have a working fan. Kitchen needed a cookie sheet and cutting board. Location and view were excellent! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Perfectly comfortable Hotel

This is a perfectly comfortable place to stay in Vail. It’s ideal for ski in ski out location. You can’t be any closer to the lifts and gondola We had a beautiful view of the mountain, as well.

This place never disappoints!! Mountain view room balcony opens to Gore Creek. The pool and hot tubs have perfect views too!! Friendly, helpful staff. Love it!

Had an excellent experience with ski in and ski out. Lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. Staff was superb. Lounge was comfortable. Hot tub and pool were heated.

Misleading listing

This is not a hotel, it's a privately-owned room that's managed through Vacasa. And apparently the owners of the room are lizards who don't need air conditioning. It was 82 in my room when I arrived! And I struggled to keep it in the 70s throughout my stay. I will know to check much more carefully in the future, but I feel a bit bait and switched. The room itself was fine (although I HATE memory foam beds), but the lack of AC just made the whole experience pretty crappy.

Third time to stay here. Great location BUT construction noise 15 feet down the hallway most mornings at 8 am was ridiculous. Extension cords ran down the hall underneath the doorway where the construction was just the other side. We paid way too much for this room.

I booked a 2 queen room and was given a single king bed. We are two 6’4 250 pound men and having to share a bed is unacceptable. The hotel was rude and told me to go somewhere else. Then when my last day came I asked for a late checkout and they refused it. The property is solid but management is awful.

Clogged pipes.

Very comfortable and excellent location. Let down by very, very slow running shower and tub drains on both BR. I notified front desk on my first day. Stayed 6 days, it was never addressed. Water up to your calf after a quick shower. Would take over 10 min to drain. All the soap and hair stayed behind. Slippery and unsightly for next use.

This was the least expensive option at hotels.com.. and wow! Right next to the gondola, ski rental onsite with amazing discounts, super amazing friendly personnel, cozy rooms, good restaurant, walking distance to the trail and to everything. I think the only "but" it's a lot of things don't make sense, we couldn't get glasses for our wine, computers cannot be used, no advil or tylenol available, the excuse was due to covid, but there are a lot of other ways that you can be exposed.. so it doesn't make sense. I'm sure if they take good precautions they can bring some of the stuff back, and yeah, at least have some advil for sale please, I had to drive to citymarket, my wife was having a strong headache after skiing. Would I stay here again though? Absolutely.
