The gym & spa are excellent (sauna nice & hot) and dinner at the slope room always good. Breakfast OK, tho coffee roast way too ‘lite & bright’. Room amenities were good, tho wear & tear is starting to show, some more attentive maintenance maybe. Overall a pretty good value for Vail.

Easy walking to Vail Village. Free Vail Shuttle stop right outside property. Room was large enough to accommodate our group and everything was extremely comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly and provided knowledgeable advice. Spa facility was excellent and included in the stay.

This is a very nice property with an excellent location in Vail Village. The spa and gym facilities are very impressive for a hotel. However, for the one night we were there the hot tubs and the steam room were broken. This was very unfortunate, as this was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. In addition, the elevator was broken on the day we checked out.

Nice!

Amazing spot. Had a little hiccup in the beginning with billing from hotels.com but onsite manager was able to take care of it. Great location, nice rooms and amazing gym/spa area. Highly recommend!

When we arrived there were some issues with our room that the maintenance could not resolve. The staff headed by Chris upgraded us to a lovely accommodation and we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the restaurant and our waiter, Josh, took great care of us.
