"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "We had a wonderful time at Relais Villa Olmo celebrating our anniversary. The grounds were so beautiful and the staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and pool bar has a few gluten free options, and they were very accommodating for this celiac, however the kitchen could not guarantee against cross contamination. The breakfast buffet was incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). "The hotel was excellent — very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal if you are traveling with children: just a few minutes from the city center and with everything you need around. "I can't say enough about how beautiful the grounds and scenery are. The staff were all incredibly polite and our room was spacious. The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. The rest of our experience was so good that I'd still recommend it without hesitation. Just maybe pack extra repellant!"
