Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way. the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc) They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8. however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb.

Séjour incroyable!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce magnifique hôtel à Goa. Tout était parfait: la chambre très spacieuse et propre, le service irréprochable, le personnel chaleureux… et l’emplacement féerique pour admirer l’un des Plus beaux coucher de soleil. Et même des cours de yogas inclus! Nous reviendrons!

You cannot go wrong with Marriott Holidays

It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that.

Had my expensive sunglasses stolen within 2 minutes of leaving the property and returning. Definitely not going back to a place where staff is untrustworthy. The sunglasses were a gift and it broke my heart to have them stolen. It was hard to get hold of staff and although they have a CCTV there, I did not receive much help from the security team. We were seated at the open air rock pool area and the sunglasses were missing in the 2-5 minutes we had left the table and returned. This is terrible customer experience. The overall room experience was so-so. The first time was damp and actually had water from the AC seep down and wet my open bag of clothes. I was given a different room after talking to the front desk and requesting a room change. The staff was willing to help and courteous but not well-trained. The waiter kept interrupting us during dinner, although my friend and I were engrossed in an intimate conversation, and I had to ask him to give us some privacy. I expected better service and will not be returning especially after having my personal property stolen.

Amazing Stay At W Goa

W Goa is one of the most amazing properties in Goa. This place has a quirky architecture and their rooms are quite spacious and sunlit! Direct beach access comes handy. Moreover, this resort is quite close to all the party places in North Goa which I think is their USP. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Laxmi was our connector and go to person for all our needs throughout the stay. She connected with me on WhatsApp which made the conversation super easy. She also went over and above and guided us to find best cafes, markets, pubs etc. in Goa. I highly recommend this place, especially for young crowd.

Some services were beyond excellent some weren’t. I sometimes had to wait for a cart for almost 10 mins, the drivers of the golf carts are there but don’t seem in any haste to cart people up n down to the entrance of the hotel, which is sad!! A shout out to Kishore and Dipti Mongia for their awesome assistance in the breakfast area!!

Downgraded Room Category

The hotel didn’t have the bookings when we reached. They made us wait for an hour before they gave us the rooms. Also, they didn’t give us the promised rooms which were already paid for on hotels.com, and instead of upgrading us to a better category, they actually put us in a category lower which was the base category. I am a good Member of both hotels.com and Marriott, and I do not understand this kind of service from a hotel of this stature. It is never about the mistakes that happen, but how they are dealt with and what solutions are provided.

Horrible stay at the W

It was supposed to be a couples retreat but did not turn out so. We booked a cottage room. Causes of concern 1.) Cleanliness and hygiene go for a toss when you find a live cockroach in the mini bar 2.) Safety was another issue. Please check if there is an event taking place at the property before booking. We had to suffer through the effects of Sunburn. We had a drunk and wet stranger knocking on our door at the middle of the night asking if this was the W.. called the security and they eventually caught him .. but it’s not what you expect from a 5 star hotel 3.) the lights will randomly switch on and off .. so be prepared for your electronic equipments to get messed up

The ambience and facilities in the property is great. The most wonderful things about the property is greeneries. I mean good space is left for greenery. That's simply beautiful to look around. Other internal facilities are really admirable. The let down are the taste at the restaurant. Took package for all meals. Lunch buffet was quite ordinary especially for vegetarians not much options. Gravies are non spicy and mostly tasteless. Few staffs are very friendly and customer oriented but remaining half of the staff at restaurant are lethargic. They don't clear used plates. Everything is messy on the table. However breakfast buffet is excellent. Lunch and dinner buffet are a big let down. Lots of reminders required for filling water and to clean up. The person who allots table is simply careless. They allot table almost very close to each other without mindful of covid situation inspite of so many tables being vacant. Also outside my room corridor was quite shabby and unclean. Water spors and dirt outside room. In the bathroom didn't get hot water as some issues were not detected. In short, few areas like staff friendliness needs to improve at dining. Food taste, options need to improve. Apart from few let downs property, ambience, location and internal facilities are really good. Thanks

Nice Hotel

Modern hotel, comfortable, but still very expensive for a medium service. Staff is very nice for check-in but you wait for more than 15 min to get your luggage and finally do it yourself. Breakfast is a nightmare despite good quality because of lack of organization. Beach is far away and medium attractivity… with swimming pool closed, we moved all the day to other places to have good stay. In conclusion, doesn't worth the fare.

Such a ‘W’onderful trip

W makes sure you feel right at home from the time you land till you check out. Their vibrant young staffs are always finding a way to delight you. Then check in was a breeze, Mohan made sure of it. The breakfast at spice traders and sundowner at rock pool shouldn’t be missed. Their safety and sanitation standards even during this pandemic time is top notch. Would like to specially mention Nikhil in making sure our trip was a really memorable one. His recommendations helped us plan a legendary itinerary. He went above and beyond to make sure anything that we wanted was taken care of.. W Goa would be our go to place for the years to come.
