The kitchenette was very convenient, featuring a microwave, small refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. Having two TVs was also a nice bonus. "The room was not clean. For a 4 star hotel, you expect it to be well kept. I stayed here with my 2 kids and my daughter kept coughing all night long for both nights we were there. So I decided to look more closely at the room because of that and there was layers upon layers of dust in every corner and there was BLACK MOLD in the shower in multiple places! "We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day.
