"Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room. The pool and gym were nice. "Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze. "

"A well maintained comfortable hotel close to the airport. A nice beach, good for swimming, is within a 2 min walk. Aircon and wifi are good, simple breakfast in excellent, and dinner in a restaurant next door was nice. Prebooked transfers from the airport are reasonably priced. For a longer stay a car may be helpful. The take-off flight path is right above but planes are few and not bothersome."
