"Wonderful room, clean and comfortable. We all loved the breakfast options. Airport location was hard to beat, and next to tram stop. Tv in room was decent. Toilet & shower weren’t what we were used to but they were no problem for us— and we read reviews on them before booking. "

"The room was modern comfortable and clean. The staff was fabulous- friendly and very helpful. The area is safe. There is a shuttle to the mall. Staff arranged a late check out and arranged an airport transfer as well. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING - delicious and great presentation. "

"Location is good:) Room cleanliness needs improvement. There was a day that they only took the trash, bed unmade and floor was dirty on both rooms I had booked. Breakfast is really good. So much variety and had healthy options. Love it! "

The front office manager - Mac was such an awesome guy very cinversationalist and while we were waiting for out ride late night going back to Belgium we stayed in the lobby and he accommodated us. Definitely will recommend this place to stay when in Zurich. "
