"The hotel was beautifully situated right across from the railway station. The area isn't great with beggars, homeless and quite a lot of noise well into the early hours. "Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight ..."
