This hotel is alright for a one night stay after disembarking from a cruise. The Reception staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived at 10 am while the rooms were being cleaned. We were given our room at noon as soon as it was ready, which was nice. The hotel is kept too hot, it was January and chilly outside but much too warm inside. We slept with our window open and asked for blankets. As remarked by many other travelers, the breakfast buffet is poor. Mostly sweet carbs. It was the worst breakfast buffet we had in 2 weeks of travels in Chile. Hotel Management: are you reading this? Do you intend to amend this? Another question for Management: why do you provide only one luggage rack for a double room? Two people need two luggage racks.

Very small bathroom with nowhere to put anything. Shower over the bath. Furniture had seen better days. Bed was comfortable and clean. Convenient location within town close to restaurants and shops and short walk to pier. Good heating in room and easy to control. Good view.

Excelente atendimento e localização. Linda vista. A cordialidade dos funcionários se destaca. O único defeito é o carpete nos quartos e a falta de água quente depois das 22 hs.
