Staff are very courteous, room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Had trouble learning how to use the old-fashioned keys ha ha so close to everything, zero complaints would return to this property in a heartbeat:)

Honestly, it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower only had hot water, so I had to wash my hair in the sink. The toilet wouldn't flush unless I flushed it over and over again. However, the staff were kind and changed me to a decent room. They also helped me out when I was having trouble with the tour company. I'm very grateful to this hotel.

My flight was delayed and passed hotel’s check in closing time by 1.5 hours. The staff patiently waited for our late arrival and passionately welcome us. We were also impressed by its clearness.

The door key is hard to use .and door is quite heavy. Almost can not have a shower Very noise and hard to sleep. Late check in and early check out. The service is Ok and the staffs are nice.

Cheap but you get what you pay for!

Extremely noisy at night, you won’t sleep unless you have very heavy duty earplugs. The lock on my door malfunctioned basically every time I went back to my room which was annoying. Everything in the room was broken - no fan so very hot. Price and location were good but that’s all.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen lo necesario, excelente precio calidad y la atención es maravillosa, nos atendio Daisy , quien nos dio informacion y apoyó durante nuestra estancia, super servicial y amigable. Altamente recomendado si necesitas apoyarte a gestionar tu viaje y darte las mejores recomendaciones en Ushuaia. También incluye un desayuno ligero pero muy rico.

Atendimento maravilhoso

A estadia foi ótima,o hotel tem excelente localização, paralelo a rua principal, restaurantes e lojas a pouca distância. Ficamos no segundo andar,da janela se via a montanha com neve. No último dia a pressão da água quente estava com mal funcionamento no segundo andar e tivemos q passar para o 1°. No primeiro andar se ouve muito o barulho dá rua e das pessoas transitando , então prefira o segundo andar. O café foi o mesmo por 8 dias, sim é pouca coisa,mas é reposto. O atendimento da Dayse e da Nancy é um espetáculo q parte. Faz qualquer um se sentir acolhido e em casa .

Ich bin von einem anderen Hostel in dieses Hostel gezogen, da im anderen kein eigenes Bad gab. Dieses war tatsächlich günstiger und komfortabel. Der Service war gut. Sehr liebe Leute dort und auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de la avenida principal, tiene calefacción y los colchones son cómodos, todo limpio, el personal muy servicial y perfecto para visitar la ciudad y sus alrededores. Queda a dos cuadras y media del embarcadero, tienes a la redonda todos los restaurantes y tiendas de la principal.
