"Room had a strong smell of curry. Not enough plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses for a family of four. Only one spare pillow. Very noisy at night on the Saturday night until after well after midnight. Also, all rooms are pet friendly which is not great for people with allergies!"

"The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. I love that hotels are pet friendly, however you also need to clean more thoroughly and give people the option of whether they want to be placed in a pet or no pet room. "The property itself is great. 2 bedroom apartment (interconnecting) isn't really a two bedroom apartment though. Both bedrooms can't be closed off from living area/kitchen - more a studio. Also only had one mug, one small spoon, one knife. Bed was comfortable. There is construction right outside, started before 6:30am on a Saturday and was also loud trucks late at night."

The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights.

"After booking a 2 bedroom apartment again from a previous stay, last time we stayed there the lifts were broken and made a horrendous noise all night and we couldn't sleep, as our room was right next to the lift, we asked to move because we had no sleep, on our return this time I specifically emailed because of the noise last time, and the reply was they can't promise anything but will see what they can do, we got our room keys, and it was the directly next to the lifts again.
