Very comfortable beds. No lift but there are ground floor rooms available. Good breakfast but no hot foods like bacon and eggs. There is a kitchen available to use, cook your own foodd and fridges to use. Very clean modern bathrooms. Downstairs 9 showers 7 toilets. Great location in town near train and bus terminals, restaraunts and shops.

When reserving the hotel, I chose the option to pay for hotel accommodation by checking in at the hotel. For reasons known only to them, the hotel charged my reservation a few days earlier by charging the card registered in my profile on hotels.com. This was a business trip and I should have paid for the accommodation with a company card, not my personal one. And that's why I chose the price where I pay in hote. Otherwise, if I wanted to be charged from my private card, I would choose a price that is non-refundable and cheaper. This is very unprofessional. The room is dirty, not cleaned properly. Many things are broken... The breakfast was not very good. I had breakfast included in the accommodation while others paid extra and it is very unfortunate that someone pays for such a breakfast. I chose this accommodation only because the rest of the group stayed in that hotel. I do not recommend!

Utmärkt frukost utan något extra. Centralt placerat boende. Personal som erbjöd sig att hjälpa mig med väskan eftersom jag fått rum en trappa upp. Det behövdes inte men jag har inte fått erbjudandet tidigare på mer exklusiva boenden, trots att jag bett om hjälp. Personen i receptionen, båda dagarna var hjälpsamma och tog ögonkontakt då man kom och gick. Rummet var adekvat med egen toalett,dusch,TV och till och med en hårtork. Våningssäng där jag använde den nedre och inte hade klarat att kliva upp i den övre slafen då jag har en äldre kropp. Sängen bekväm men lyckades slå huvudet i överslafen när jag skulle gå upp. Helt ok för en enkel övernattning nära centralstationen.
