Very clean, stylish, comfortable and central to everything. As a family traveling with kids, it was absolutely perfect! Walkable, safe and there was even a dedicated playroom that kept my 1.5 year old occupied for 2 whole hours.

This property is in need of some TLC. While they appear to be working on upgrades, it is clear that there have been break ins and that theft is a problem. There are metal plates attached to each door and signs warning guests to double check their locks. There are signs in the bathrooms encouraging guests to purchase toiletries downstairs rather than taking the guest large sized units provided. There are new showers installed, but old deep bathtubs and no safety bars while water from the new showers soaks the floor. We chose this property based on the spa featured on the website. It was closed for the duration of our stay, and appears to be an outsourced service although we were never able to verify. The breakfast service was the best part of our experience. The food was excellent, served timely and the staff work together very nicely.

Housekeeping needs improvement

Reception was good, breakfast was good. The only thing that need improvement is the housekeeping, asked for bedroom slippers, waited for hours and needed to go down to the reception again to remind. Didn’t do the room cleaning in our previous stay about one week ago.

Fantastiskt på alla sätt

Bott här innan och var supernöjd så det blev en gång till! Riktigt fint och trevligt hotell! Fräscht, rent, utmärkt läge och framförallt en fantastisk frukost (och jag är en frukostmänniska som har höga krav på frukosten! Fick ett bra erbjudande på ett rum till då det visade sig behövas. Trevligt och centralt beläget. Nice med ett spa i samma byggnad. Litet minus för gymmet som inte motsvarade våra förväntningar. Trasigt golv i det rum vi fick men i övrigt schysst.

Fantastisk frukost! Både kall och varm mat (chia pudding eller over night oates, smoothie, pannkakor, äggröra, korv, stekta tomater, färsk frukt osv) Rent och fint rum. Trevlig lobby. Schampo, balsam och duschtvål, samt handtvål och handkräm fanns i badrummet (Rituals). Det fanns ingen kyl. Jag är helnöjd.
