The lobby isn’t some awkward pass-through either—it’s got real space to sit, relax, and hang out. And the breakfast? Not your sad little “continental” situation. We’re talking biscuits and gravy, omelets, hot cinnamon rolls… basically everything you’d hope for and then some. But let’s talk about Barbara—because she deserves it. She went above and beyond with her customer service and was an absolute delight to interact with. I called ahead about needing a crib, and she made sure it was already set up in our room when we walked in. No reminders, no hassle, just handled. That level of care stands out. Bottom line: if more hotels ran like this one, travel would be a whole lot better. Stay here."

"I prefer staying at Sage and Sand when visiting Moses Lake. It is always clean, the location is convenient, and it is quiet. Some of the staff does not speak clear English so I have had a little confusion when checking in but got it figured out. The rooms are simple and comfortable."

"Overall the property and staff were adequate. The property was clean and well maintained. However, there was just a very small thin blanket. I should have called down for more blankets, but felt it was strange to have such a small blanket. I just tuned up the heat. I also had a very hard time using the shower, it was not intuitive. I still give this property a 4 out of 5 stars, but keep these things in mind when staying there!"
