ski trip was excellent. The room was comfortable and was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, and bar area relaxed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and you got the impression that the owners really care about every detail of the hotel being ‘spot on’."

"We stayed overnight at the hotel whilst waiting for guests to vacate our apartment. The hotel was self check in, a folder with name and room number was left at reception. The room was clean and had coffee/tea facilities. It also had a seating area with a tv mounted on a wall bracket but not very well so if you were sitting on the sofa or sitting on the bed the tv would swing around but not enough to get a good view! The bathroom radiator didn’t work so an electric fire was in the bathroom!...

"The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15...
