"This place is quite off grid and very remote. That was perfect. The lake view was great. The hosts were lovely. My main concern was about the fact that it wasn’t in great repair. The doors and windows were not super secure or easy to open and close. I also didn’t love that we got charged extra for wanting sheets and towels. It’s the only place I’ve ever stayed where I got charged for linens. Nonetheless, Jen was lovely, and I appreciated the local flavor of the area."

"Booking this stay was easy, the listing said they needed 72 hrs pre notice and to contact them. We only had about 40 hrs before we needed the room.
We were unable to contact the host by expedia or phone, however the room was ready as booked..
Checkin was a little confusing as we were unsure where to go, but eventually found it was the main residence.
After waiting at the desk for apprix 10 minutes for the stafff to complete their rounds, it was 8:30pm, we were able to check in easily.

"The rooms are old but clean. It is a student residence and the two bedroom apartments with kitchen. The price is great, nothing fancy. Checking is very long because it is not a hotel."

"It was awful I feel like we got ripped off the rooms were disgusting and everything was stained holes in the walls. It was the worst possible place I have ever stayed at with my family. They should be embarrassed to be running a place like that and charging a good dollar for it."
