"It was just a room. No luxuries, bad towels and had to ask for more. Nothing to brag about! $37 per day parking $32 + $5 tip. No microwave and the fridge froze my leftovers."

"The walls are paper thin, we heard every door slam shut, people in the hallways, very hard time sleeping. Housekeeping came at 9:30 am, I answered the door and the lady saw that i was half asleep and kind of walked away. Security knocked on our door to let us know if we didn’t want to be bothered, have the sign up of do not disturb. I was confused because we literally checked in the night before and didn’t expect housekeeping to come already. I also did not say one word to the housekeeping lady...

"we booked a room for 4 people with two beds, and they gave us 2 towels, when we asked for more they did not have any and said they ran out of towels. next day we asked again, and got a lot of attitude about asking for an extra 2 towels when we booked it for 4 people."

"We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. We were told we could not be in the lobby and made to feel like outsiders in a...

"This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...

"A comfortable, well run hotel. Food was good. Pool was very chill. Did not try the spa."

"My deck was literally touching the hull of a majestic sailing ship. An evening and morning stroll by the water was hypnotic. Close proximity to fun Greenwich Ave restaurants was a great way to manage 10k steps while anticipating my mahi tacos and Rose. Loved it all. And the in-room dining snacks? Probably the best assortment of fun, gluten free hedonism I never expected."

"This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!"

"This was a day trip for me and my grand daughters after a full day at the aquarium. Great room that was well maintained."

"They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking room… they did change me to a non-smoking room eventually. Also, the power went out 30 minutes after I arrived at 6:30 PM and never came back on all night and I I departed the next morning at 7 AM. Lastly, there was a property wide fire alarm malfunction at 3:30 in the morning and everyone had to get up and leave their rooms and stand in the parking lot during a downpour in the rain. I am requesting a full refund for this terrible night...
