"Room was unclean, opened the bath mat to reveal a dead roach. Permanent stains on countertops and floors. Friendly staff but they are up against it at this place. "

"My stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful. The place for the most part was great. My only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. It wasn't horrible but you can definitely tell that whoever cleaned it did a rush job. The shower floor was in need of a serious clean and scrub down. The toilet also wasn't cleaned properly. Everything else was fine. Over all I would stay at this hotel again though."

"All I liked was the scenery. However the wooden area under the sink wasn't secure and it fell on my daughter leg, I notified the receptionist they stated they wasn't maintenance and the manager wasn't in, my key car wouldn't work the second night of my stay I had to get another one, if I'm ever in Cincinnati again I'll never go there"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. I got very confused by the parking garage being completely empty during my stay but they also have a lot on the lobby level."
